Scientific Registration Committee

About

The Postgraduate Registration Committee is one of the Institute’s specialized academic committees and serves as a key pillar in the governance and management of postgraduate studies. The committee is entrusted with the oversight and regulation of all registration and enrollment procedures across postgraduate programs (Diploma, Master’s, and Doctorate), in accordance with the policies and regulations endorsed by the University’s Postgraduate Council.
The committee’s primary objective is to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of all administrative and academic processes related to postgraduate registration — from receiving and evaluating applications and verifying academic credentials, to approving study plans and research proposals, and finalizing enrollment in alignment with institutional quality and governance standards.

Through continuous coordination with academic departments and administrative entities, the committee is committed to applying best practices in academic management, documentation, and process optimization. It also strives to modernize and digitalize registration procedures, thereby enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and the overall experience of postgraduate students, in support of the Institute’s mission to advance scientific research and foster academic excellence
