Theodor Bilharz Research Institute concludes practical training for a batch of nursing students at Galala University in its clinical departments

Within the framework of the fruitful cooperation agreement between Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Galala University, the Institute, headed by Prof. Ahmed Abd El Aziz, director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and chairman of the board of directors, received a batch of students from the Faculty of Nursing at Galala University for practical training in various clinical departments at the Institute.
This intensive training program lasted for a month and a half with sixty students per day, with the aim of enhancing the clinical and practical skills of students and providing them with field experiences that qualify them for the labor market through direct contact with the therapeutic and research environment within one of the most prestigious medical institutions in Egypt.
This training comes under the supervision of Dr. Afnan Sarhan, deputy director of the institute hospital, and in coordination with the Training and Research Consulting Unit headed by Professor Dr. Doaa Gamal, supervisor of the unit, who was keen to provide an integrated training program in line with the latest educational and applied methods in the field of nursing.
This initiative reflects the commitment of the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute to its educational and training role, as well as its research and medical role, and emphasizes the importance of academic partnerships in supporting the health and education system in Egypt.
