Invitation to Hold the Ordinary General Assembly of the The Employees’ Insurance Fund at the Institute
You are kindly invited to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of the Insurance Fund, which will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Conference Hall at the Institute, to discuss the following agenda:
Reviewing the budget and activities of the Fund for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Discharging the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Authorizing the Board of Directors to appoint an auditor from the General Register of Auditors at the Authority and determine his fees for preparing the 2026 budget.
Election of the entire Board of Directors of the Fund.
Any other business.
