Theodor Bilharz Research Institute launches a new scientific journal in collaboration with EKB

Under the patronage of Professor Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director and Chairman of the Board of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute, and in collaboration with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, a new scientific journal has been launched by the Institute under the title:"Journal of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute for Medical Sciences"

Professor Abdel Aziz announced that the journal is international, peer-reviewed, and multidisciplinary. It has been established to serve as a leading research platform for publishing the latest studies in applied medical sciences and clinical research. The journal aims to publish original research articles, case studies, and systematic reviews covering diverse topics in biomedical sciences, with special emphasis on innovative studies addressing basic medical sciences, disease mechanisms, modern diagnostic approaches, and advanced therapeutic strategies.

The journal targets researchers in fundamental sciences, as well as physicians and clinical practitioners across universities, academic institutions, and various medical specialties, with the goal of enhancing healthcare standards and improving the quality of scientific research.

In support of free knowledge dissemination, the journal operates under a full Open Access model, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and access full-text articles without restrictions. This step reflects the Institute’s commitment to supporting scientific research and promoting the dissemination of medical knowledge in accordance with the highest international standards.

In this context, Professor Abdel Aziz expressed his sincere appreciation to Dr. Safia Samir, Director of the Director’s Office for external relatioships and scientific collaboration for her active role in the issuance of the journal. He also reaffirmed his welcome to researchers from around the world to publish their research outputs in the journal, thereby fostering international knowledge exchange and collaboration.
