Under the patronage ofH.E. Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, andProf. Mohamed Abbas Shemis, Director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) and President of the Conference, the 2025 TBRI Annual Conference, commenced with broad participation from distinguished professors, experts, and specialists across various medical and research fields. As part of the conference, ten specialized workshops were held, aiming to explore the latest developments and technologies in scientific research and medical applications.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abbas Shamis, Director of the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Conference, the activities of the workshops accompanying the annual conference of the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute 2025 were launched today, where the first workshop was held under the title: The Role of Scientific Research in Sustainable Development: Empowering Youth" in cooperation with the Arab Foundation for Young Scientists.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abbas Shamis, Director of the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Conference, and as part of the activities of the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute Annual Conference for the year 2025, the Department of Urology organized a specialized workshop on the latest methods of treating benign prostatic hyperplasia Prostate Enucleation.

The Research Staff Club marked a special day in its history with the grand opening of its new headquarters, attended by a distinguished group of scientific leaders. The event featured the participation of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Moawad, President of the National Research Center, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shamis, President of TBRI, and Prof. Dr. Sherine Abdelkader, Head of the Electronics Research Center, along with several former heads of the center: Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hashim, Prof. Dr. Hussein Darwish, and Prof. Dr. Fajr Abdelgawad.
