This Memorandum of Understanding aims to foster collaboration between both parties in developing a new generation of researchers in the medical and health fields. It seeks to advance scientific progress, while respecting environmental considerations. Theodor Bilharz Research Institute is the largest of its kind in Egypt and the region in the field of scientific research. Both parties possess the necessary training and research resources to achieve this goal and cultivate outstanding young people equipped with specialized knowledge and skills. This collaboration will be based on equality, mutual cooperation, and the exchange of special privileges between the two institutions.

TBRI participates in a New Global Scientific Achievement: The First Worldwide Study of Its Kind to Evaluate Multilingual AI in Educating Colorectal Cancer Patients

In a new international scientific achievement that reinforces the position of Egyptian research on the global map of medical innovation and reflects the advanced international standing of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) and its pioneering role in supporting applied research with global impact, the Institute announced the publication of a high-level scientific study featuring the participation of Professor Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa Ibrahim, Professor of hepatogastroenterology and Endoscopy at TBRI. He is one of the Institute’s distinguished scientists, a recipient of the State Appreciation Award, and holder of the Master title—the highest honor in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy—awarded by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the world’s leading authority in this specialty.

As part of supporting occupational health, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute organizes an awareness lecture on “Diabetes in the Workplace” to promote institutional health awareness.

In line with the pioneering role of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute in supporting public health and consolidating prevention concepts within work environments, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director and Chairman of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute, the Quality and Patient Safety Unit, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan Ali Sayed, organized a scientific and awareness lecture entitled “Diabetes in the Workplace.” This event was held within the framework of the Institute’s plan to disseminate health culture and enhance the level of preventive awareness among employees.
