The contents of the  Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) library include (4272) scientific references from valuable scientific and medical references as well as a number of references in the cultural fields and social sciences And laws.

The library also includes (675) of cultural references, which include various and varied collections in the fields of political, philosophical, literary, poetic, religious, psychological and social sciences, as well as in the fields of geography, history and societal sciences such as Gamal Hamdan’s book The Character of Egypt in its four parts, and also includes collections of complete and almost complete works For a large number of Egyptian, Arab and international writers and thinkers such as Naguib Mahfouz, Tawfiq al-Hakim, Anis Mansour, and Dr. Mustafa Mahmoud, Fahmi Howeidi, Muhammad Salmawi, Jamal Al-Ghitani, Abd al-Rahman al-Sharqawi, Abd al-Wahhab Mutawa, Muhammad Hassanein Haykal, and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Feki, as well as the collections of poetry and the complete works of a number of Egyptian poets, especially the collections of the Egyptian poets Farouk Jweideh and Salah Jaheen, as well as a number of complete collections of masterpieces of world literature translated into Arabic.

The library also has (47) scientific periodicals, and (805) scientific dissertations, including (427) M.Sc thesis, (263) MD thesis and (115) Ph.D thesis, and the library also includes (300) reference research. , And a number (433) published research produced by members of the research body of the institute.
